These are Aerospace Grade 6AL4V Titanium 3/8-24 Kingpins perfect for skateboard trucks. Overall length is 2 inches. Half the weight of steel and corrosion free. Price is for 2 pieces 

Note: we do not bore out the center of our kingpins because they are already super lightweight since they are manufactured from 6AL4V Titanium, so any center drilling will have no benefit but rather reduce the structural integrity of the kingpin and also interfere with smooth grinds.
