Direct replacement and performance upgrade lug nuts for Ford Expedition model year 2000 and newer made from our Aerospace Grade 6AL4V Titanium.  Corrosion free and half the weight of OEM lug nuts.   Standard 60 degree conical base (also known as a cone or acorn base).

Ford Expeditions from 2000-2014 used a long lug nut with a 2.0 thread pitch. The Ford part number for this nut is 4L3Z-1012-A.  For Expeditions starting model year 2015 a shorter lug nut was used with a more standard 1.5 thread pitch with part number ACPZ-1012-B.  Please choose the correct lug nuts when ordering.  You can also compare the photos with what your Expedition has.   These are for original Expedition wheels or aftermarket wheels that are designed to use original nuts (please ask your aftermarket wheel manufacturer if they are designed to take original nuts).

Manufactured from aerospace grade 6AL4V Titanium, these titanium lug bolts will not corrode or rust and offer a significant weight savings over steel lug bolts while giving a very sporty and aggressive look. Titanium is 50% lighter than steel, yet considerably stronger. Titanium is also resistant to the constant heating and cooling cycles common to wheels that otherwise destroy steel studs and bolts and cause the swelling issue seen with OE Ford Raptor lug nuts.
