608 Bearing
Our 608 ceramic silicon nitride skateboard ball bearings are engineered to provide high-performance and durability for skateboard applications. These bearings are designed to fit skateboard wheels and deliver smooth and efficient rotation, contributing to the overall performance of the skateboard.
The size 608 designation refers to the dimensions of the bearing, with an inner diameter of 8 millimeters, an outer diameter of 22 millimeters, and a width of 7 millimeters. This standardized size makes them compatible with most skateboard wheels and allows for easy installation.
Ceramic silicon nitride ball bearings offer significant advantages over traditional steel bearings, making them popular among skateboarders. Silicon nitride ceramic material is known for its exceptional hardness, reduced friction, resistance to wear, and corrosion resistance.
One of the key benefits of size 608 ceramic silicon nitride skateboard ball bearings is their reduced friction coefficient. Ceramic balls have a smoother and harder surface compared to steel balls, resulting in lower friction during rotation. This leads to improved efficiency, reduced rolling resistance, and enhanced speed for skateboarders.
Moreover, ceramic silicon nitride bearings are known for their exceptional durability and wear resistance. They can withstand high loads, impacts, and the repetitive stresses of skateboarding without premature wear or damage. The increased durability of these bearings translates into extended service life and reduced maintenance requirements, allowing skateboarders to enjoy a smoother and more consistent ride.
Additionally, ceramic silicon nitride skateboard bearings exhibit excellent corrosion resistance. They can withstand exposure to moisture, dirt, and debris commonly encountered in skateboarding environments. The corrosion resistance ensures reliable and consistent performance, even in challenging conditions, contributing to the longevity of the bearings.
Our 608 ceramic silicon nitride skateboard ball bearings offer superior performance and durability for skateboard applications. These bearings provide reduced friction, increased speed, enhanced durability, and corrosion resistance. Skateboarders can enjoy smoother rides, improved performance, and longer-lasting bearings, making size 608 ceramic silicon nitride bearings a popular choice among skateboard enthusiasts.

Titanium Skateboard Truck Kingpin 2 pieces
Regular price Sale price $17.99Choose "Shop Pay" at checkout to pay in 4 easy interest free installments!
These are Aerospace Grade 6AL4V Titanium 3/8-24 Kingpins perfect for skateboard trucks. Overall length is 2 inches which works on the vast majority of skate trucks (if in doubt simply measure your truck's kingpin and if it is 2 inches these will work). Half the weight of steel and corrosion free. Choose from the classic style or our stunning reverse kingpin (reverse kingpin uses a 5mm allen). Price is for 2 pieces.
Note: we do not bore out the center of our kingpins because they are already super lightweight since they are manufactured from 6AL4V Titanium, so any center drilling will have no benefit but rather reduce the structural integrity of the kingpin and also interfere with smooth grinds.

As a competition level bicycle bearing, ACER Racing's world famous 6804 ball bearings offer exceptional performance, durability, and efficiency, making them a popular choice among cyclists and bicycle enthusiasts.
The size 6804 designation refers to the bearing's dimensions, with an inner diameter of 20 millimeters, an outer diameter of 32 millimeters, and a width of 7 millimeters. These dimensions make them compatible with various bicycle components, such as hubs, bottom brackets, and headset assemblies.
Ceramic silicon nitride ball bearings provide several advantages over traditional steel bearings. Silicon nitride ceramic material offers superior hardness, reduced friction, enhanced wear resistance, and resistance to corrosion and high temperatures.
One of the primary benefits of 6804 ceramic silicon nitride cycling ball bearings is their reduced friction coefficient. Ceramic balls have a smoother and harder surface compared to steel balls, resulting in lower friction during rotation. This leads to improved efficiency, reduced rolling resistance, and enhanced power transfer, allowing cyclists to pedal more efficiently and achieve higher speeds.
Furthermore, ceramic silicon nitride bearings exhibit exceptional durability and wear resistance. They can withstand high loads, impacts, and harsh cycling conditions without premature wear or damage. The increased durability of these bearings translates into extended service life, reduced maintenance requirements, and enhanced reliability for cyclists.
Ceramic silicon nitride cycling ball bearings also demonstrate excellent corrosion resistance. They can withstand exposure to moisture, dirt, and other environmental elements commonly encountered during cycling. This corrosion resistance ensures consistent performance and longevity, even in challenging weather conditions.
Moreover, the lightweight nature of ceramic materials contributes to reducing the overall weight of the bicycle. This weight reduction can enhance acceleration, maneuverability, and overall cycling performance.
Whether used in road bikes, mountain bikes, or other cycling disciplines, 6804 ceramic silicon nitride cycling ball bearings deliver reliable and efficient performance, enhancing the overall cycling experience for riders.

Welcome to ACER Racing's new line of Ceramic Ball Bearings made for competition use in high performance RC car engines. These are from our Ceramic Nitride Pro Series line of world champion bearings.
These 14x25.4x6mm ceramic bearings feature our diamond polished Silicon Nitride ceramic balls plus a super high speed PEEK inner cage to withstand the heat and stress of your engine. Proprietary internal tolerances have been incorporated into this ceramic bearing as well.
New generation PEEK polymer was chosen for the cages because of its superior combination of strength and flexibility, high operating temperatures, and high chemical and wear resistance. The design of the cage and material used are of paramount importance for the performance of the cage as well as for the operational reliability of the bearing itself.
Bearing cages are mechanically stressed by friction, strain and inertia. They may also be subjected to the chemical action of certain lubricants, lubricant additives or products of their ageing or organic solvents. The relative importance of these considerations can be affected by other operational parameters such as elevated temperatures, shock loads, vibrations or combinations of these and other conditions. The materials from which the bearing components are made determine to a large extent the performance and reliability of the rolling bearings. This why ACER Racing has used PEEK cages for our ceramic engine bearings.
PEEK cages have an excellent combination of strength and elasticity. The good sliding properties of the polymer on lubricated steel surfaces and the smoothness of the cage surfaces in contact with the rolling elements produce the lowest amount of friction so that heat generation and wear in the bearing are at a minimum. The low density of the material means that the inertia of the cage is small contributing to greater speed. The excellent running properties of polymer cages under lubricant starvation conditions permit continued operation of the bearing for some time without risk of seizure and secondary damage.
Our PEEK bearing cages show no signs of aging by temperature and oil additives up to +200 °C (392°F).
Price is for one ball bearing.
